What kind of service do we provide?

Most businesses have various types of equipment that need some sort of maintenance and repair. This obviously varies from business to business from the larger companies that have their own in-house maintenance team to the smaller companies who only need ocassional maintenance support. We are here to help all businesses with their equipment maintenence needs. Naturally we aim to provide a cost effective solutiuon to all maintenance needs. The main services that we provide are as follows :

Provide a callout repair service for equipment breakdowns/repairs

Provide an equipment relocation service – move equipment from one firm to another or move within the same plant

Provide supplementary maintenance support – during times of increased maintenance activity, such as during plant holiday shutdowns etc.

Provide a planned maintenance service – take an inventory of all equipment at a customers site and draft/implement a preventative maintenance plan

Provide an equipment installation service e.g. for small sales companies that don’t have their own installation engineers

Removal of obsolete or unnecessary equipment

Provide a parts source facility – parts for older equipment can be difficult to source but in general most parts can be sourced

How do we provide this service?

We cater for all situations and are flexible in our approach to providing this service. Equipment maintenance and servicing can be split in two areas :

Callout Repair – When your equipment fails and is costing you every minute that it is down, we will respond promptly and endeavour to get your equipment up and running in the shortest possible time.

Planned Maintenance – We will work with a business to provide a suitable Preventative Maintenance Service that will minimise breakdowns and keep equipment working efficiently.

Where is this service provided?

We will come on site and carry out repairs and servicing. In the case of Preventative maintenance, we work with customers to plan this work in such a way as to cause minimum disruption.
